Sports Massage

Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissue of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. 


Remedial soft tissue therapy focuses on assessing and identifying the root causes of pain and dysfunction and formulating an individualised treatment plan to assist in alleviating symptoms. 


A variety of techniques are used to ensure effective and efficient results are gained. This includes remedial soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, MET, stretching and homecare advice.
