Pilates is a versatile form of exercise which can be accessed by all. Whether your recovering from an injury or illness, have a long term condition, participate in sport or would like to add exercise to your weekly routine. Each exercise can be modified or adapted to your body.
Pilates can improve
Pilates mats are set up ready for you to begin the class. There are a variety of small mat Pilates equipment which are used over the 12 week sessions. The small mat Pilates equipment enhance resistance training, balance, stability and improve core strength. Classes are varied, enjoyable and relaxing.
Classes currently take place at the lovely studio based in St John's Community Centre, Redhill. Classes run as a 12 week term on a Thursday evening at 7pm. A mat and small Pilates equipment is provided during the Pilates sessions.
